Bad service

The consultant (Desmond Malesa) is *********** and it took more than 5 minutes to conduct a security check and when I asked him a question he dropped the call. I phoned back and the Supervisor (Sophia) confirmed that the guy dropped the call. People like Desmond will hurt your brand badly I hope he will be dealt with decisively.
