Bad Service

Good day

I submitted an online personal loan application together with all the required documentation on the 28th October 2020.

On the same day I got an sms stating all my documents were received and i will be contacted shortly.

Up until today I have not received any call from African bank.

I have been calling African bank since Saturday 31th October just to get the same story that my application is with real offers and that a consultant will phone me back.

I am so disgusted with the service received thus far that I don't even want to proceed with the application any more.

Please provide some urgent feedback.
