Bad service by African Bank

On the 26th I paid African Bank via Debicheck as I was offered the settlement from R3968 to R2770 so I paid it all and 4 years I've been paying through Alamo Trading Square R350 but it never got reduced then all off a sudden I got a call for the settlement I paid it all for R2770 then after 2days I get another call that my money it's not showing anywhere then on the same day later another lady called me saying if I settle by the 15th I should pay R1800 wherelse I already paid R2770 for the settlement clearly someone is not doing her job properly that almost everyday I get calls from 4 people telling me the same story that I'm overdue can they just close my account and payback the balance if there's any and send me the paid up letter for my credit card clearly their system it's not updated I even decided to block their numbers because 4 people will call you telling you about the overdue account and they must tell their 2nd party to stop deducting my money as R350 it's a lot bad service I got after I was told ill get the paid up letter within 48hrs all off sudden it's 7 days excluding weekends and holidays they must just close my credit card and stop calling me for peace sake..
