Bad service by African ban**** ????????????????????

Bad service from African bank, I have an existing loan account with African Bank and I made a deposit into the loan account on the 31st of May 2019. Called the call center and was told that the funds will reflect on the following day which a Saturday, when I called again on Saturday I was told that the loan payment will only reflect on Monday. Today which is Monday 03June 2019, I called the call center and I was told that nothing is reflecting on the loan account. And the agent adviced me to send an email with my bank statement as well as a copy of my ID document, I did that then African Bank responded by saying that I have to call the call center again!
