Didn't I really have to complain on Hello Peter for my refund to be done. God knows that I would like to write off the accounts with you. Also, please tell your consultants to learn how to speak to clients and not harass them the way they harrased me.

They were being rude to me and raising their voice, telling me how my account is in arrears.
