Bad service

I have joined the New World account and transfered my salary to be paid on it.Guess what I am regretting this decision as it is payday and i am now stuck with African Bank App that does not work or accept my credentials.As a result i am unable to conduct any transaction nor pay my credit providers.What an experience for my first paycheck with African Bank.I truly doubt you are ready to serve your customers.It is so sad but I am left with no choice but to Move to another bank
