Bad service as ever

You African Bank people are ****** I took a loan with you 2017 and am struggling to pay because of your ridiculous high interest rates one of your debt collectors called me regarding this account he said to me if I pay 1000 every month I will finish paying you in 4 to 5 says of which I find it hard to believe because if is like that yes I can be able to pay a 1000 for 5 years I said to him I am willing to do that but I need him to confirm years I will pay for this stupid loan because I don't believe him at all... And for the fact that you don't hand me over you keep debiting my account for an amount I can't afford what are you going to gain? Call me because am tired of this
