Bad service and still have my itc information not updated

<p>i am just so dissapointed and let to wonder why are such instiutions still in operation as i have long paid my debt with them but my name seems to apear on the system and what makes it worse is that it is not helping me , as some part of the south african comminity are trying to get out of the terrible way of owing these kind of people even after one has paided them your name still hangs on the system on transUnion and itc as a bad payer even after on has paid them up how is this poisble really i am just disgusted at this level on incompetence that takes place and also just not giving a dam about ones personal financail grouwth ,since i took the loan in 2012 </p>
