Bad Service and Incompetance
<p>I settled mt account and I was told i should go to the branch to FICA after that excercise I am informed that nothing can be done at branch level. no one is able to tell what is going on with this credit card. to make things worst i am being debited while i dinot owe this intitution. How rediculours is this?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disappointed by such incompetance.</p>
