Bad service and false information

African Bank is the worst bank to have a loan with they don’t update information on their system and tend to blame it on the considered customer. In the month of March they didn’t take their debit order as per our agreement. I have never defaulted after they make me a bad person. They didn’t debit on the day we had an agreement on and took lousy 50 rand late in the month which is so wrong because that’s my personal acc as they cannot come as they please ,they then blame and when I call them telling that it’s not my issue they rude
