Bad service African Bank

I app**** online for a personal loan. Received confirmation that my documents were received via sms. 2 days later did not hear anything I contacted the sales department, spoke to a lady, her name o was Palesa Moletsane. She advised that one of my documents was incorrect, she gave me her email and advised me to submit my payslip to her and she will then forward everything through to verification. The next day I did that. 2 weeks later still waiting outcome of application. If I was declined, I still deserved to know the outcome. African Bank services are very unprofessional and their online application takes forever. I don't think il ever recommended them to anyone in my circle. I'm very disappointed with the service received
