Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with African Bank. On 01 September, I was offered a settlement discount of 30%. I paid the loan account via eft towards the end of September. The consultant Hazel Baloyi told me that the remaining balance would be automatically written off. I called African bank on 29 September and the consultant sent a request for account closure. I just received a message saying the request was denied as I have an outstanding balance. I’m extremely disappointed. If you can’t keep To your end of the deal, give me My settlement amount back and let me continue to pay normally until the account is closed.
