Bad service

I app**** for a loan three days ago and nothing has happened i called in to enquire of the progress of my loan application and no one knows the stage it at furthermore i went in to the branch on the 3rd day to find out reason for the delay. Still there was no precise answers i ended up spending 4 hours at the bank waiting for my application to be finalised but still i was told to go home and wait for the proccess to be finalised
