Bad service

Bad service. I must first say Thandeka from African bank helped me with my account. but after fixing one issue a other issue pops up. How can African bank say they have good service when nothing online works. Its not that hard. customer service use to mean something not in this SA anymore. we are only trying to get this done. and no one can do it. online must be done. but it does not work!!!!
