Bad service

So I went to African Bank today at DeKema Branch Wadeville, the bad service I got wow. I went there around 12:30 I found 2 ladies, I wanted to put notice in my investment, the lady gave me a very stinking attitude she told me I cannot do that they cannot help and I said At eatstrand mall they told me in case of emergency I can do that, she did not even bother calling the head office and she was just so cold even when I greeted her I felt so unwelcome there. It’s an old lady and she was sitting close to the door , what a bad service from an old lady. I just called the head office and spoke to SThe and she is so surprised why that lady did not help because she could have just called the head office. Gave me attitude like I was asking her to borrow me her money , Sis
