BAD SERVICE !!!!

African Bank you run such a bad service !!!! We opended up a *****e case on the 17th May 2022 against African Bank after a loan was taken then later the money was transfeŕred from a clients account to another account and till today matter has not been solved I spoke to a lady called Vanessa Nkuna from African Bank Forensic Department and she said the matter has been attended to and feedback will be given on way foward regarding the matter time is overdue now as African Bank promised that the matter would be resolved in 30 working days . This is unacceptable because the first installment was debited from clients account and it was requested by client that it be put on hold until matter has been resolved ; because I dont understand why he is paying a loan installment for money i didnt even use.
