Bad service

I'm not happy with the service I'm receiving from African bank. I did a loan application on the 29 September 2022 online. Got a call that they have received all required documents and turn around time for feed is 48 hours. Since then it's silence. I have been calling for feedback but every says it's still being reviewed and I get transferred from one person to another. If I do not qualify please let me know. I don't want to find that someone else took out a loan with my documents.
