bad service

I app**** for a personal loan on 1st March 2022 , I am an existing African bank client. My application was declined due to employment. Please note that I was promoted within Capitec Bank. Mercantile bank was bought by Capitec for their business banking section 2 years ago this is not new employment this is a transfer from one department to the next . I am employed with Capitec from 01 July 2017. I uploaded my offer letter which clearly shows that I it came from capitec . My employee number has remained the same. It is obvious that confirmation of employment has not been done . Please revisit the application as I do not accept this decline.
