bad service

i am absolutely disgusted with this bank, after i moved my salary to them and not even a week goes by and i am already experiencing problems,i transferred funds to an fnb account and now i am told i am not able to reverse transactions because they do not have that function, Jeffrey said that it is not their process i need to call fnb myself and they must help me and i did call fnb and they told me i need to log a query with my bank, i was also told i would get data for switching my salary to them but i have not received it ., i am annoyed and want to cancel my account with them now
