Bad service

Their tedious service when it comes to loan application. I recently app**** for a loan with them and i keep sending emails and no one is attending to it. I keep getting a message that they are still waiting for documents. I get a call from one of their consultant who was so impatient and said she does not have access to the email box, I have tried all channels to send documents and they keep saying no pending application. Its either you reject the application rather than keep wasting my time and requesting for the same documents a 100 times. This is totally ridiculous and even their complaints department is non existent.
