Bad service

They don't even deserve a star. I app**** for a loan & I received an offer was requested to send an sms to a particular number I did shortly I received a request stating that an agent would call me shortly. No one called me today I decided to call in to accept my offer & I spoke to a guy.& I requested to be contacted back but they didn't. I called in the 2nd time spoke to a lady again requested a call back no one did.i decided to accept the offer on the website worst experience ever it keeps on buffering. Never experience d such bad customer service both by agents & they're not so friendly website.
