Bad service
Im so disapointed with the type of service and rude and a rude consultnat I came across today when contacting their collections department. I called in to make payment arrangements with them and the lady that was assisting me was so rude and told me that you have already made an arrangement with someone and I cant assist you ibn this regards until we get hold of the person who was assisting you. The lady was so rude and didnt was to understand I told me to settle that amount. So so rude and bad service I received.
