Bad service

This is now my 2nd complaint via Hello Peter regarding African Bank. Most people take out loans with you due to urgency but African Bank likes to take 2 - 3 weeks. I app**** for a loan on the 27th May, daily phone calls, whatsapp, emails, sending the same documents over and over only to receive a sms on Saturday 11th June saying my loan had expired due to African Bank taking taking there time as always, started the process again, daily phone calls, today 3 phone calls only to be told there's missing documents (African Banks famous words) sent again via whatsapp and email only to be told it takes 12 hours to review but in TRUE AFRICAN BANK STYLE a week. Please this is urgent, I can not wait another 2 weeks. Please can someone look into this urgently
