Bad service

Since 22/05/2023 the bank is phoning me to say I must pay. My account is not in arrears, and even on their system it says that I get paid on the 28 th of each month. so, I don't know why the ask for money. On the 26th of May 2023 they got 6 call and now they tell it is a law that i must sing a debit order with them.
