BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a loan on the 27 August. According to Lindwe from Humansdorp brach all was good and I sigh my contract. Two days later I call there head office to find out how far my application were and I was told that the payment will be done today the 29th.August 2019 so I was waiting all day and called late afternoon just to find out from there head office that no documents were uploaded and the contract they have was not sigh at all. So now what I have sigh the contract and first payment must go off the 3rd of Septemebr2019. So I will pay for a loan I have never received. This is bull****
