Bad Service

It is so sad that I need to do funeral preparations but I cannot do anything because African Bank is not working since Mon, we supposed to have a funeral ceremony this weekend but this useless Bank does not care how we feel as clients. I think it will also be wise to take it up with the Ombudsman.
