Bad service

Good day all I have been unemployed for 5 month now when I lost my job I went to african Bank to explain my situation to them.Thy told me I have no insurance on my personal loan and I am still liable for the fees I told them I can no longer afford to pay it.The lady at the counter was so rude thy have no remorse of what its like to loose your job especially if there is a mouth to feed.i need help I do jot want to fall in2 bad credit record cause this people told me thy can't assist me
