bad service

Hi i went for a personal loan at african bank on the 28)08/23 was helped by a wonderful consultant chantal very nice n helping lady in eerste river branch i am approved everything but still up today i haven't received a cent its now 05/09/23 there credit department is bad system slow n there phone lines don't work or the numbers
