Bad service

Im so annoyed by the poor service from your company. Your staff are pathetic. Ive been calling trying to sort out the account. Every day i get sms's asking the same stuff. Calls get put down in my ear. every time i get a message saying documents have not been received yet they were sent numerous of times. I received a contract this morning and still getting sms's .. as well as emails stating the application is incomplete. WHAT IS GOING ON? Im getting very frustrated as iv waisted my airtime constantly.. Who is going to refund me for all the calls and back and forth? When will i be receiving the loan that i was approved for? Why am i still getting emails and calls for incomplete documents? I also stated that i dont have access to my app as i don't remember my login details.. The store is far for me and i work from home I've asked so much times for assistance and i still get told i need to go to store. Someone please help me I'm lost for words with this service. Years ago i made the same application and it was processed same day! what has changed since im waiting 4 days oppose to same day? I want this resolved.
