Bad Service

Most useless customer service department I have ever come across. I am trying to make payment plan arrangements for one of my employees and they don't seem to want the money. Hopefully someone from African Bank will read this post and be able to help me with this. Or good luck to them ever getting this money.<br> <br> Customer Care service is non existent. Actually there is just no customer service at all.
