Bad service

I app**** for a loan through African Bank, on the 23rd of October 2015, the whole week after that, Ntabiseng the lady who helped me, gave me false hope, said that the loan is approved, they are just waiting for the funds to be released, today the money i still not in my account i decided to call the service centre, and to my suprise they said the loan is rejected yesterday on the 30th of october 2015, after ntabiseng told me yesterday everything is done and approved they are just waiting for the funds, why did she lie to me and gave me false hope, that wasnt a good experience at all
