BAD SERVICE!!!!

I had a account with african bank then i got pregnant and was without a job at the time my attorney said i must just send them a letter saying that i will pay once i have a job which i did. They ignored me and put interest on ky account and handed me over. I have paid them when i had a job again now i want to settle the balance BUT STILL THEY IGNORE ME but they can phone and threaten very quickly if they want money. I am disgussted in them think twice before anyone ever wants to open a acc from them!!!!! Not worth it at all!!!!
