Bad service

I have never recieved such bad service I app**** for a loan and was approved on the 1st of December 2021 I uploaded all my docs and was informed that all my documents was correct and that my loan will be finalized like in yesterday already afterbi called this morning I was informed that the contract would be done as there is an error on the system and now I have received a SMS again for a bank statement.

I am unhappy and wish to report this to the NCR as this is not treating your client fairly. A whole week it takes
