Bad service

I keep calling into verify my debit order and the consultants keep hanging up on me, all i need to confirm my debit order. I have two debit checks from my bank and want to confirm why. I spoke to Thandeka who i tried to explain that i keep being cut off and she just kept saying my details were not verified i also spoke to Busi and two more consultats the phone kept cutting off until my airtime finished and none of tgem bothered to try and get someone to call me back.
