Bad service

I joined debt buster end of February. They informed everyone that I’m under debt review. But all I have been getting it’s harassment from call Centre regarding payment, Monday to Friday as early as 6 in the morning, now as I thought my night mate was over last month you debit meanwhile debit buster is supposed to pay you, this month you debited twice. I can’t be paying them and you. You don’t even bother to call them or something. Because I can’t give you feedback. They are debiting everything month. There is a process once you join they don’t just start paying, they have to negotiate as well. Even with my car that is being finance with one the big banks, since I have joined they have never contacted me and they only started paying my car last month but the way you doing it it’s like I owe millions
