Bad service

Visited the African bank branch at the Phoenix plaza on two different occasions the staff at the bank Provide pathetic service! Absolutely rude no people s****s at all. I walked out and went to the gateway branch dealt with the most friendly staff and excellent service. 5star rating for the staff at African bank gateway and 1 star rating for the staff at the Phoenix plaza branch. The lady that sits at the desk on the left when you enter as well as the one indian guy who works there are rude and abrupt. The lady actually gave my wife a stare down on our 1st visit. Kindly speak your staff at African bank Phoenix plaza and try to get them to be more friendly to "YOUR" (African bank) customers.
