Bad service

I am not happy with service I am getting at African bank for starts my salary was loaded into My world account on Monday since than I have not received any payment into my account,when I went to the bank they said I should submit proof of payment which my working company submitted to them now I am told that a technician is busy with it.I don't understand why dose it take so long for my salary to get into my bank account now I am currently homeless because of not paid rent.
