Bad Service

<p>My husband went to apply for a loan at African Bank on the 24th of December 2016 with a Mitchell at the Parow Branch in Voortrekker road, and was told to wait because the company he is working for is closed and their third party could not pick up the company, which was understandable. Mr Mitchell helped him the first time.everything was captured after two weeks he got a call from Mitchell that they will wait for the company to reopen on monday 09 January.When he went back after he obtain all the neccesary documents he was told that Mitchell at the Parow Voortrekker branch next to Shoprite was on leave. He already signed an offer in December, so was told by another consultant Samantha at the same branch that the offer expired, so she recaptured everything again and tore the first signed offer in the face of my husband. Today he returned and wanted to know what exactly he qualifies for, when she put in expenses calculated at her discretion only to tell him that he does not qualify. We both have been making use of this banks services for years and was always happy but today all that changed as it seems like the people at the branch does not know what they are doing.I would also like to know if i had money why would i want to make a loan to cover my kids school stuff as the schools are re opening tomorrow and i haven't got them all they needed. He had all the neccesary documents that was requested from the consultants. I am deeply unhappy as this is the first time i am experiencing this and they are treating a person like they own the bank and decide by themselve whether the customer qualify or not. Please can someone give me an answer as i have always recommend people to go to African Bank but after today i don't think i can do that again.</p>
