Bad service

I woild like to lay a formal complaint about the service I have been receiving regarding two debit orders that have been going through my account for the past two months for amount of R99.00 and R139.I asked that the debit orders be reversed and stopped of which I got assistance and the funds were returned into my account however to my surprise I was debited again meaning that the debit order was not stopped, I then went to the Menlyn branch and was assisted by a male consultant who confirmed to me that the debit orders were reversed and I would receive an Sms confirming the reversal of those funds moreover he had stopped the debit orders on his system...to date I have not received any communication confirming that the debit order reversal was successful and there are no funds in my account. May I kindly get assistance and an explaination as to why my request was not done.
