Bad review

They lie to customers I phoned them to make an arrangement for my credit card payment since I can't pay the normal amount of installments as my salary has been affected by lockdown and they send me a confirmation SMS that they will debit half of my installments only to find that the day of the debit order they will take the full installment. I am not happy because they keep lying.
