BAD RECORD KEEPING

I paid off the credit card I had with African bank on the 30th of March 2015 of which I paid R8500, the called the called centre and requested that the account be closed. I was then told that the balance is less than R100 and I paid it on the 31st of March.<br> <br> However I keep getting calls that the account is in arrears and that I must paid it.<br> Today on the 31st of July 2015 my account was debited with R510 going to this account.<br> <br> CAN THIS ACCOUNT BE CLOSED AND MY CREDIT RECORD BE UPDATED. CAN MY R510 BE REVERSED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT.
