Bad experience with African bank

African Bank, has given us a very bad experience. We use to have a credit card, so we settled and asked them to close it. They told us as long as we settled it's ohk, they can't give us a letter showing that is is closed. And it all we want. We only getting a paid up letter. But we need a closure letter, just like any other bank.
