Bad experience

App**** for loan on 13 of June submitted all required documents via online banking. Never received any communication back ,with regards to the loan application status went on the African bank app said my loan was being reviewed, called the bank they said it was by the affordability stage , the following day on the 14 of June went to branch to find out what's happening ,banker advised that they still waiting for my payslip, and No1 from African bank bothered to call me about this I had to go in to the branch to find out. And in the morning I even tracked the credit status on WhatsApp it was saying your application is being reviewed and also in they app ,so if I didn't go to the branch No1 was gonna update me ,

Called in today to cancel application , I still haven't received any communication.and debit order mandate has already approved.

I regret applying for loan with African bank
