Bad experience

It been 6 months I claim against the insurance for lost of income up till today still no response from the insurance department they tell me they will contact me personally I'm still waiting on a call from the insurance department this is the second time I placed a review I get rude calls from the collection department every time I have to explain myself what must I still do to get service
