Bad does begin to describe African bank

Ive been trying to get my statement from the bank's branch, the app and even on WhatsApp for the past 4 months now., Even the consultants don't know what to do. How do you use a bank that can help you whenever you have problems caused by them. Their team is as bad as the bank itself. Am changing my bank soon
