bad data system

The 2 African bank debits were mistakenly reversed on my account but what I did on the same day I went to their branch in centurion to pay back the money that was reversed on my bank account this was at the beginning of February this month and now my account is debited 4 times in my accounts instead of twice so this means that I have paid 6 times debits in one months this shows a bad reflection on their system for data records.
