Bad customer services

Good day

Last week Wednesday I app**** for personal loan through contact center with African bank and was helped by a very competent lady called Dikeledi who then filled my application for assessment. After my loan was approved I then asked the consultant to call me later so that I can make calculations on my side since the offer had changed. I called back on Thursday to give the department my final decision. I was then transferred from one person to the other, all the people i spoken to told me that they will notify the approval department to call me back. I have been waiting for that call since Thursday. I decided to go to the branch on Saturday (7 October 2017) to ask for assistance and to inquire what is happening with my application. The sales consultant checked on the system for me and told me that the person who was assigned my application has not action-ed it and that prevents her to assist me any further because it must first be rejected from head office. This morning (9 October 2017) the sales consultant from the branch phoned me to tell me that she cant get hold of the person but she will keep trying. I am very disappointed by African Bank.
