Bad customer service

Went inside the branch there was one consultant.. When it was my turn another consultant came in late for work l, while she was assisting me she was busy on the phone doing a personal call.. She wasn't giving me the necessary attention i needed i asked her questions she wasn't giving me proper answers on the phone she was all friendly but with me it seemed like I am boring her.
