Bad customer service
African bank phoned a week ago that my profile is updated on the credit bureau which is not the case. A flag has been put on the system reflecting none payment, and the account was closed on 2012. After visiting the vredenburg branch, they will also unable to help me. Maybe also due to incompetence? This issue has put my life on hold as I can get no credit anywhere except at high interest from cash loan banks. I think i am not the only one with this issue. Someone need to give answers!!!
