Bad customer service and behavior from Mxolisi as
Stanger branch African Bank one of the Consultant sleeping on duty and bad customer service he is not Competent, fit and proper for the position Mxolisi Dlamini he failing to explain the product he tells what he is want, he is shouting us as the customers he doesn't take any instruction from his colleagues
